POLICIES

Appointments:

We strive to accommodate our clients’ busy schedule to the best of our ability. Our automated system sends out a
notification when an appointment is booked as well as 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments can
be made by calling (346)330-9209, BOOK NOW tab, or by texting (713)876-4865. DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF NO SHOWS AND LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS, A credit card is required to reserve your appointment starting on May 1st. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling policy:

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 6 business hours before your appointment
time to avoid a cancellation fee. (Example: A 9:00AM appointment needs to be cancelled by 1:00PM the previous day,
not at 3:00AM the day of your appointment.) The cancellation fee is 50% of the scheduled appointments services.
Please call (346)330-9209 to cancel. 

No-Shows:

You are considered a no show if you don’t notify us at least 6 business hours in advance to cancel/reschedule and do not
show up at your scheduled appointment.

No-shows will be charged for 100% of the scheduled appointments services.
